You can only use fabric so efficiently! There will always be some waste…or will there?
Like cutting biscuits, the 2 1/4” fabric rounds makes the most of project remnants. The shredded scraps? Overlock trimmings? Threads even? Go to stuffing pillows & foot stool cubes & anything that needs dimension.
